A lens coating affects how your glasses handle reflections, water, smudges, and daily wear. It does not replace the optical design or your prescription. MOSTIN offers five coating options—Clear, Clear Vision, Clear Vision Ultra, Blue Vision, and Blue Vision Ultra—with different combinations of surface features.
What Can a Lens Coating Do?
Choose the properties that matter in your daily routine rather than assuming that every coating includes every feature.
Anti-reflective coating: Helps reduce distracting reflections from lens surfaces and gives the lenses a more transparent appearance.
Super hydrophobic surface: Helps water form droplets and reduces the adhesion of moisture and dust.
UV protection: Selected options provide 100% UVA and UVB protection, as specified for their configuration.
Easy-to-clean surface: Helps fingerprints, oils, and everyday marks come away more easily.
Enhanced durability: Improves resistance to scratches and everyday surface wear; no lens is scratchproof.
Crystal clear vision: Supports a highly transparent lens appearance and natural visual perception.
Blue-light filtering: Helps reduce exposure to blue-violet light. It should not be treated as a substitute for good screen habits or an eye examination.

Protection Layers NoteMOSTIN lenses can be enhanced with more than 27 specialized coating layers to improve protection, durability, clarity, cleanliness and everyday visual performance. This does not mean every option has the same number of layers.
Stars compare feature levels rather than measure performance numerically. Confirm availability for your selected lens with an authorized retailer.
Explore the Five Coating Options
MOSTIN Clear – C
Clear combines an anti-reflective surface with water-repellent properties. It is an everyday option when reducing surface reflections and making moisture easier to manage are your main priorities. The comparison guide does not assign the other listed features to this option.
MOSTIN Clear Vision – CV
Clear Vision adds the specified UV protection to anti-reflective and water-repellent properties. Consider it when you want those surface features together with the catalog's 100% UVA and UVB protection specification. Confirm the available material and configuration with your retailer.
MOSTIN Clear Vision Ultra – CVU
Clear Vision Ultra adds an easy-to-clean surface and blue-light filtering to the anti-reflective, water-repellent, and UV features shown in the comparison guide. It may suit someone who handles their glasses frequently and wants to compare cleaning convenience and filtering within the clear-lens options.
MOSTIN Blue Vision – BV
Blue Vision combines blue-violet light filtering with reduced reflections, water repellency, the listed UV protection, and enhanced durability. It is designed for everyday use that includes frequent digital devices. Coating selection should still be based on your prescription and the features you need.
MOSTIN Blue Vision Ultra – BVU
Blue Vision Ultra brings together all seven features in the comparison above. Its detailed product description also lists anti-static properties to help reduce dust adhesion, anti-fog performance during temperature changes, and improved fingerprint resistance. Ask the retailer which features are available with your chosen lens configuration.
How to Choose Your Coating
Start with the correct lens design and prescription, then compare the coating features that are useful for your routine. Think about reflections, cleaning, outdoor exposure, digital-device use, and how you care for your glasses. Selected MOSTIN configurations can be enhanced with more than 27 specialized coating layers; this does not mean every option has 27 layers.
